Why Chester County needs this

Chester County water quality varies by location. These are the three patterns we see most.

Chester County has three distinct water quality patterns, depending on where you live. Here is what the public data and monitoring show for each area.

Hard water in the Chester Valley

The Chester Valley sits on carbonate rock, limestone and marble formations. USGS data shows groundwater in those units carries calcium and magnesium carbonate as major dissolved minerals. Scale on fixtures, shortened water heater life, dry skin. A whole-home softener resolves it at every tap.

Private wells in the agricultural south

About 17 percent of private wells sampled in southern Chester County were at or above the 10 mg/L nitrate limit, per USGS monitoring data covering 279 wells in the area. Pennsylvania does not regulate private well water after initial drilling. If your home is on a well in the southern part of the county, a water report is worth having.

PFAS treatment and service line work underway

Utilities serving Chester County are installing PFAS treatment at community well sites to meet new federal standards, and lead service line replacement is underway in the West Chester area. Neither project is finished overnight. A point-of-use reverse osmosis system at the kitchen tap provides a reliable removal layer while that infrastructure work continues.

Honest pricing, side by side

Same outcome. A fraction of the price.

The brand-name guys aren't selling better water. They're selling a big ad budget and a salesman in your living room for three hours. We cut the theater and pass on the savings.

How we keep the price honest

We cut the sales process, not the equipment.

The brand-name guys charge $5,000 to $12,000 for a system we install for $2,999. That gap comes from cutting the sales infrastructure, not the equipment inside the tank.

Common questions

Straight answers, no sales runaround.

How much does a whole-home system cost?

Our flagship bundle, whole-home softening and carbon filtration plus under-sink reverse osmosis, is about $2,999 installed, taxes included, for a standard city-water home. Flexible financing available, no credit check. A comparable system from the brand-name guys runs $5,000 to $12,000.

Why are you so much cheaper than the big brands?

We cut the expensive part: the salesman in your kitchen for three hours and the bloated ad budget behind it. The system itself is quality equipment from established suppliers. Same outcome, none of the theater.

Do I have to do an in-home sales appointment?

No. That's the whole point. We pull the public data on your water, review it with you on one phone call, and give you an honest price. No one comes to pitch you in your living room.

What areas do you serve?

We serve communities across Chester County, including West Chester, Downingtown, Exton, Malvern, Paoli, Phoenixville, Spring City, Coatesville, Parkesburg, Kennett Square, West Grove, and Oxford. If you're nearby and don't see your city, call us, we likely still cover you.

When do I pay?

Not until the job is done and you're happy. No deposit to get started.
